I was forced to leave 4 messages with State Farm before anyone would call me back. I filed a claim and have left 4 messages again, and just held on hold for 30 minutes only to be given the same person's voicemail that doesn't return calls. They really don't care about you but will happily take your premiums."

"Would not recommend. I’ve been insured with them since April. I’ve had issues with billing and receiving products with them, and I constantly have to follow up. I’ve asked for a Drive Safe beacon multiple times, but it’s never been sent, and here we are, already in September. I’ve also been quoted for policies, only to have the price substantially change, with no warning or heads-up. I’m currently looking for a new insurance company to do business with; I suggest making sure you exhaust all of your options, before choosing this specific business. Your money and time are important; you’d just be wasting both here."
